Requirements
- Work closely with product, business strategy, and engineering to run and execute projects with high-level direction within your product area.
- Identify the right solutions for ambiguously defined problem spaces.
- Simplifies and solves user needs for multiple customer types.
- Use low-to-medium fidelity designs & prototypes to frame and clarify product opportunities within a defined problem space.
- Know your process and when to use which design methods, as well as when to change up an approach.
- Generate and explore multiple potential solutions, and know how to identify the right ones.
- Detail-oriented with micro-interactions, copy, edge cases, and states.
- Excellent UX problem-solving: Ability to create efficient solutions for complex user journeys.
- Strong visual design skills: knows how to use color, composition, visual hierarchy to produce delightful user interfaces.
