Ouro is a global, vertically-integrated financial services and technology company. The Risk Analytics Manager will lead, mentor, and manage a team of Risk Analysts, building visualizations, monitoring KPIs, and working on data analysis to reduce losses and friction on Ouro's products.
Requirements
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Risk Analysts
- Define, prioritize, and oversee the Risk Analytics roadmap
- Set standards for terms, metrics, data visualization, reporting, and automation
- Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback
- Drive the strategic analysis of transaction and customer data
- Collaborate closely with coworkers in the Risk Data Science, Risk, and Ops teams
