Requirements

• Works throughout the software development life cycle and performs in a utility capacity to create, design, code, debug, maintain, test, implement and validate applications
• Analyzing existing applications or formulating logic for new applications, procedures, flowcharting, coding and debugging programs
• Provides technical direction and engineering leadership for a team of engineers
• Recommends changes in development, maintenance and system standards
• Mentoring and guiding junior engineers
• Contributing to the design and development of new products and features
• Ensuring that engineering processes are followed
• Maintaining product quality
