As a Senior Product Manager, AI Therapy, you will own how AI and clinical expertise come together across the product to create a new kind of therapy experience.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management in consumer products, with real AI/ML experience
• Hands-on LLM product work — prompt engineering, model behavior, shipping AI that needs to be safe and reliable
• Genuine interest in therapy, mental health, or emotional wellbeing
• Strong spec-writing — translating complex behavioral and clinical requirements into clear, buildable definitions
• Cross-functional fluency — comfortable going deep with engineers on architecture, with clinicians on therapeutic frameworks, with designers on experience
• Builder mentality — energized by defining problems, not just executing against a predetermined roadmap
