We're hiring a Global Facilities Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of the company's facilities, ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and a safe, productive work environment across all global locations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of progressive experience in facilities management, with at least 3 years in a global or multi-site leadership role.
- Proven expertise in establishing and managing an ISO 14001 certified Environmental Management System.
- Extensive knowledge of EHS regulations, best practices, and compliance requirements (OSHA, EPA, or international equivalents).
- Demonstrated experience managing security systems, protocols, and third-party security vendors.
- Strong financial acumen, including budget development, P&L management, and capital expenditure planning.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels globally.
