Manufacturing Test Software Engineer

Ouster is hiring a Manufacturing Test Software Engineer to support LiDAR product development and manufacturing tests at their production facility in Ayutthaya, Thailand.

Requirements

• Provide ongoing maintenance, support, and enhancements to existing and future test systems and platforms.
• Drive and implement test time reduction, yield improvements, process optimization, quality improvements, and overall production readiness.
• Ensure quality control systems and standards are implemented.
• Participate in scalability and manufacturability projects to scale production with increasing volumes.
• Prepare and update technical documents, including test work instructions and training documents.
• Oversee, instruct, and train test operators during the production bring-up process.
• Participate and lead development in annual improvement initiatives.
