Senior AI Engineer

OutcomesAI is seeking an experienced AI engineer to develop cutting-edge generative AI applications in healthcare. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise to create innovative AI solutions that improve patient care and outcomes.

Requirements

• PhD/Masters in AI, Computer Science, Data Science, or related quantitative field
• 3+ years of experience as individual contributor on AI product (e.g., AI/ML engineer, SDE, DS)
• Deep understanding of concepts and algorithms underlying deep learning, including LLM/LMM
• Hands-on experience in LLM/LMM pre-training, fine-tuning, data curation and synthesis
• Experienced in agent frameworks such as Langchain and/or building custom agentic frameworks
• Strong coding skills in Python and experience in PyTorch or other deep learning frameworks
• Experience in MLOps, system integration and monitoring of ML models in production
• Hands-on experience building LLM-based solutions to solve domain-specific problems
• Excellent communication skills and ability to clearly articulate complex problems
