Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of manufacturing experience
- Strong understanding of CAD software (SolidWorks preferred)
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, cost control, and quality assurance
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and time management skills
