Job Description
Outer Cape Health Services is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant to assist providers by performing patient flow, supply and environmental duties to support the delivery of high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, CMA or CCMA certification, BLS certification, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- American Association of Medical Assistants (CMA) or National Healthcare Association (CCMA) Certification
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills, organizational abilities, and computer experience
- Ability to work within a collaborative team setting
- Ability to adhere to strict confidentiality standards
- Ability to work effectively both as a team member and independently
- Ability to work in a culturally diverse and inclusive environment
