Senior User Acquisition Expert

We are looking for a Senior User Acquisition Expert to manage and optimize user acquisition campaigns for our mobile games. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in user acquisition for in-app purchase or subscription-based mobile games, with a proven track record of managing products through multiple lifecycle stages and optimizing campaigns towards Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).

Requirements

• Deep understanding of user acquisition strategies and best practices within the mobile app ecosystem.
• Strong passion for performance marketing, with a focus on data-driven growth.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to extract actionable insights, identify trends, and detect anomalies in complex datasets.
• Solid grasp of predictive models such as Lifetime Value (LTV) and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
• Skilled at setting clear priorities based on potential impact and business value.
• Strong communication skills, with fluency in English, both written and spoken.
