Requirements

Completed Bachelor's degree in technical or business administration or a comparable qualification
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt certification is advantageous
Experience in operational or manufacturing excellence and project management, preferably in the production field
Sound knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma methods and tools, as well as operational or manufacturing quality
Experience in training and coaching teams on Lean and Six Sigma methods
Analytical, structured, and result-oriented way of working, as well as excellent communication and teamwork skills
Safe handling of MS Office
Very good German and English skills in writing and speaking
