Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Reliability Specialist to join our Melt Shop team in Calvert, North Mobile County, Alabama. The purpose of this role is to provide field-validated insight into equipment condition, maintenance strategy effectiveness, and execution readiness, enabling informed planning, reliability decision-making, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Minimum 2-year technical degree or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of Melt Shop or heavy industrial processes
- Background in maintenance, reliability, or auditing
- Experience with PM, PdM, CbM, and ODM practices
- Experience with spare parts inspection and field walkdowns
