Requirements
- Engineer's degree (bachelor's or master's degree) or equivalent competence
- Experience of leadership in maintenance or workshop-related operations
- Good knowledge of reading drawings and relevant system experience (MS Office, UH system, etc.)
- Ability to drive improvement work and take responsibility for quality and safety
