Job Description
Outpost is a VFX company seeking a Freelance Senior FX Artist to create visually stunning effects for film and episodic projects. The role involves creating fire, fluids, atmosphere, and explosions in hyper-real environments, while also mentoring junior artists. Outpost prioritizes a positive work environment and encourages professional growth and collaboration.
Requirements
- Extensive experience using Houdini for creating high-end visual effects.
- Proven expertise in crafting realistic water simulations and fluid dynamics.
- Proficiency in producing a wide range of FX, including fire, smoke, explosions, and atmospheric effects.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and knowledge of VEX and Python.
- Excellent communication skills.
