Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales & Customer Representative to join our client's Insurance Support team. The successful candidate will handle customer enquiries, provide quotations, assist with claims information, and conclude sales when applicable ensuring a high standard of customer service at all times.
Requirements
- Minimum of secondary level education
- Fluency in both written and spoken Maltese and English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Positive, outgoing, and customer-oriented attitude
- Strong communication, telephone etiquette, and organisational skills
- Team player who works well under pressure
