Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Head Chef specialising in authentic Japanese cuisine to lead kitchen operations for a standalone fine-dining restaurant in Kuwait.
Requirements
- Japanese national (mandatory)
- Proven experience working as a Head Chef
- Strong background in Japanese fine-dining cuisine
- Experience in standalone restaurants with involvement in both R&D and operations
- Previous GCC experience is required
- Restaurant-only background (no hotel experience)
