Job Description
We’re currently looking to recruit a claims associate to join our client’s team. The job entails assessing and settling claims directly with clients or service providers in line with the company’s customer service standards.
Requirements
- An advanced level of education
- A minimum of an ordinary level in biology
- Experience in an insurance setting or a health/customer care related discipline
- IT proficiency
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Maltese
