Job Description
The Sales Executive will drive revenue through Leisure Groups and MICE segments, manage group enquiries, and support overall revenue performance through data-driven sales and market analysis.
Requirements
- Proven experience in hotel sales, ideally within Groups and MICE segments.
- Strong understanding of revenue management principles.
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret market data and trends.
- Experience with OTAs and channel management will be considered an asset.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM/PMS systems is an advantage.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Fluent in English (additional languages are an asset).
- Residing in Malta.
