Our Software Engineer works as a member of the Fraud Manager R&D team, focusing on developing new features and supporting existing customers. As a Software Engineer, own and contribute to the products that help the customers to get fraudulent information from thousands of sources including dark web.
Requirements
- Participates in design development, coding, testing, and debugging new software or significant enhancements to existing business applications.
- Works with technical staff to understand problems with software and develops specifications to resolve them.
- Independently resolves customer complaints and responds to suggestions for improvements and enhancements, also contributes in hotfix release management.
- Participates in the development of software user manuals. May act as a team leader on less complex projects.
- Works on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
- Acts independently to determine methods and procedures on new or special assignments.
- Coordinate and communicate with global product management, program management, QA and technical support at various stages of product development.
- Primarily responsible for creation of Proof of Concept/Functional Prototype
- Understand Business requirements and convert them into technical requirement.
- Analyze, design, and develop web applications with good code quality aspects.
- Effective and proactive communication across the global team.
- Perform active measures to ensure products functions as intended.
- Develop and test proof of concepts using various tools and frameworks.
- Own work assignments end-to-end building out capabilities and features for product needs.
