FP&A Analyst

Join Outset, a medical device company, as a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst. Assist in monthly financial close processes, develop financial models, and provide financial insights to drive business decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master's degree or MBA is a plus)
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or corporate finance (manufacturing experience is highly preferred)
• Proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and ERP systems
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
