We're looking for a Marketing Automation Specialist to work with the Sales and Marketing Manager to design, develop and maintain marketing automation tools and digital marketing ads. You will support the sales and marketing team by delivering leads through multiple channels.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Experience in marketing automation, including nurture, segmentation, and program reporting
- A proven track record of coordination of digital acquisition campaigns
- Understanding of the capabilities of Salesforce, or other CRM tools
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Highly effective working cross-functionally within and across departments
- Excellent organizational, writing, listening, and presentation skills
- A team player capable of high performance and flexibility in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and self-motivated to proactively seek training on new skills/trends
