Job Description
We're looking for an analytical and detail-oriented Senior Estimator to join our client's growing team. If you thrive in fast-paced, project-focused environments and enjoy turning technical specifications into accurate and competitive bids, this role is for you.
Requirements
- Progressive experience in construction estimating, with a strong track record of managing complex bids from strategy to submission.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including the ability to build and manage complex spreadsheets for cost tracking, data analysis, and bid preparation.
- Deep understanding of the pre-construction process, tender analysis, strategic bid development, and subcontractor coordination.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret technical drawings, assess construction methodologies, and accurately evaluate costs.
- Comprehensive knowledge of construction industry standards, contractual terms, and market conditions.
- Strong client presentation and negotiation skills, with experience interfacing effectively with clients, management, and subcontractors.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects and tight deadlines simultaneously.
- An exceptional attention to detail, ensuring every estimate is thoroughly reviewed for accuracy and completeness.
