We're looking for a Sales Enablement Analyst II who can turn strategy into action and insight into results. This role involves shaping the sales team's engagement with prospects, processes, tools, and measuring success. You'll partner with Sales Leadership, Marketing, and Operations to drive measurable performance improvements.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, revenue operations, or a related role
- Proven success in improving sales outcomes such as pipeline growth, conversion rates, or deal velocity
- Strong ability to use data and insights to drive performance improvements
- Experience translating sales strategy into enablement initiatives with measurable impact
- Demonstrated success in designing and deploying training or enablement programs
- Strong analytical skills, including defining metrics and building reports
- Experience working cross-functionally and influencing without direct authority
- Clear, confident communication skills
