Job Description
The Industrial Designer will be responsible for developing innovative and practical point-of-sale and retail product solutions that align with client requirements and manufacturing capabilities.
Requirements
- Qualifications in Industrial Design, Product Design, or a related field
- Strong experience in product design, ideally within retail or point-of-sale industries
- Experience with plastics manufacturing and fabrication processes (wood fabrication is advantageous)
- Proficiency in CAD and design software including SolidWorks, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
- Experience with rendering software such as KeyShot, Photoview 360, or 3D Studio Max
- Understanding of production methods including CNC routers, laser cutters, and sheet fabrication
- Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multitasking environment
