Join Outsourcey and be part of our mission to revolutionize global talent expansion. We are looking for an Admin Support with Bookkeeping function to assist the Executive with daily management, manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, and handle incoming and outgoing communication.
Requirements
- 2.5+ years proven experience in bookkeeping or sales support administration
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace, Xero required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
