Requirements
- Associate or bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience as a bookkeeper or accounting clerk with solid knowledge of bookkeeping principles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Excel for data analysis.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and financial calculations.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with colleagues, clients, and vendors.
- Knowledge of payroll processing and relevant tax laws related to accounts payable and receivable.
