Bookkeeper

Join Outsourcey and be part of our mission to revolutionize global talent expansion as a Bookkeeper. You will perform day-to-day bookkeeping tasks using Xero, reconcile driver timesheets and work sheets with associated data captured in the client’s CRM system, and oversee the invoicing process.

Requirements

• Min 2.5 years of Proven experience as a Bookkeeper, preferably within a logistics, services, or operations-based business.
• Proficient in Xero accounting software.
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Experience reconciling operational data (e.g., timesheets, worksheets) with financial records.
• Familiarity with CRM systems
