Requirements
- 5+ years of construction estimating experience
- Experience in the Australian construction market (preferred)
- Proficiency in estimating software and MS Office
- Strong understanding of construction methods and blueprint reading
- Quantity Surveying background and estimating skills
- Effective verbal and written skills
- Strong negotiation abilities
- Attention to Detail
- High accuracy in estimates with strong organizational skills
- Continuous Improvement
- Ability to stay updated on industry trends and open to new technologies and process enhancements
