Requirements
- Min 5 year proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role, preferably in a remote or virtual setting.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a high level of professionalism.
- Proficiency in virtual communication tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack, Microsoft Teams) and office productivity software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information in a virtual environment.
- Ability to adapt in a fast paced work environment.
