Requirements
- Strong written and spoken English skills
- 3 + years proven experience in personal/executive assistant
- Exceptional communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational abilities and discretion
- Ability to work across a variety of different tasks in a fast paced environment
- Capacity to carry out ad hoc admin tasks independently and efficiently
- Experience in the marine industry or basic understanding is preferable
