Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in graphic design, mass production art, or similar roles
• Proficiency in Design Tools: Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and CorelDRAW
• Understanding Design Principles: Solid grasp of design fundamentals, including typography, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy
• Awareness of Industry Trends: In-depth knowledge of current design trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in graphic design
• Collaboration & Communication: Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating design concepts clearly and collaborating effectively with team members and clients
• Time-Management Skills: Strong time-management abilities, adept at handling multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Marketing Guidelines & Restrictions: Knowledge of marketing guidelines and restrictions related to promoting beauty products and services online, especially in regulated markets
• Feminine and Luxury Brand Design: Proven experience designing with a feminine touch, especially for luxury brands and the beauty industry
