Requirements
- 2.5+ years proven experience in a customer service, telemarketing, or appointment-setting role with a track record of excellent performance.
- Exceptional verbal communication skills with a friendly, clear, and professional tone that builds trust and rapport with clients.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage a high volume of calls and scheduling demands.
- Proficiency with scheduling software, CRM platforms, or similar tools, along with a willingness to learn new systems as needed
- Preferred: experience with ServiceM8, training modules available. A calm and patient demeanor when addressing client concerns, resolving issues, or handling high-pressure situations.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision, maintaining focus and attention to detail.
