Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of project coordination experience in residential design-build, renovation, or general contracting environments
- Strong knowledge of Materio (or similar platforms) in task management, invoicing, and subcontractor tracking
- Ability to manage complex timelines, schedule and follow up with subcontractors, and keep multi-phase projects on track
- Clear communication skills and a polished presence across phone, Zoom, and email channels
- Comfortable creating systems and following up on checklists, invoicing protocols, file management, and procedural documentation
- Adaptable and able to collaborate with designers, PMs, and subcontractors across various home construction and staging projects
