Requirements

• Min 3.5 years of proven experience as a recruiter (agency or in-house)
• Strong understanding of various sourcing techniques and recruitment tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software
• High level of professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality
