Job Description
Join Outsourcey and be part of our mission to revolutionize global talent expansion. This role is for someone with 2.5+ years of experience in lead generation, B2B Sales, telemarketing, or a similar role. You'll make outbound calls, qualify prospects, and develop additional leads to generate interest and engagement.
Requirements
- Min 2.5 years proven experience in lead generation, B2B Sales, telemarketing, or a similar role (real estate experience is an advantage)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and basic office software
- Ability to conduct independent research to identify and qualify potential leads
