Requirements
- Minimum 2.5 years experience in Sales Administration or a similar role
- Proficiency in Simpro, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and other relevant software
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, record-keeping, and documentation
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for professional interactions with customers and team members
- A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to high-quality service and support for stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, demonstrating a willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
- Familiarity with CRM systems or sales automation tools (experience with Simpro is highly preferred)
