Requirements

• 1-2 years proven experience growing social media accounts, particularly in service-based industries.
• Familiarity with running ads and analyzing performance metrics across multiple platforms.
• Lead generation experience, including nurturing prospects and setting appointments using CRM tools like HighLevel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft engaging content and communicate effectively with prospects and clients.
• Experience using CRM systems for lead tracking, appointment setting, and managing follow-ups, ensuring efficient lead management and customer engagement.
• Ability to analyze social media and lead data to identify trends, optimize performance, and drive results.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
