Jr. Graphic Designer (Marketing Agency experience)

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably within a marketing or corporate communications environment
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other relevant design tools
• Understanding of brand identity principles and ability to maintain brand consistency across multiple formats
• Experience managing projects involving external vendors such as printers, agencies, and photographers
• Excellent attention to detail with strong layout, typography, and visual storytelling skills
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet strict deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners
• Familiarity with preparing print-ready and digital assets, including knowledge of production processes and specifications
