Service Technician

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Door Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will troubleshoot door service calls, perform repairs, and complete scheduled maintenance based on customer needs.

Requirements

• Assist and perform maintenance efficiently and effectively on door equipment
• Diagnose faulty equipment and apply knowledge of functional operation of unit and systems
• Work with dispatch team to maximize labor revenue and efficiency
• Understand the safe use of equipment and tools in compliance with OSHA standards
• Communicate and work with the parts and sales departments to ensure customer needs are met
• Travel throughout coverage area during workday
• Proactively support our safety program and initiatives
• Perform work in a variety of customer environments
