Staff Product Manager, AI

Overstory is a company that uses AI and advanced satellite imagery to prevent wildfires and outages. The Staff Product Manager, AI will lead the development of a new AI-native grid resilience product from problem framing to first version shipped. The team is remote and spans the Americas and Europe, with a culture that values diversity and inclusion.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience
• 0-to-1 experience, at a startup, or spinning up a new product line or business unit inside a larger company
• AI-native solution design
• Hands-on experience shipping agentic AI products in production
• Proven track record building customer-facing products that real users rely on every day
• Exceptional written and verbal communication
• A passion for the urgency of solving our climate crisis
