The Operations Team Lead is responsible for managing the Operations team, ensuring an exceptional customer experience, and promoting the company's global strategy.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Operations in a Freight Forwarder with experience in management
• Excellent relational qualities within the team and outside, leadership, and ability to embark the entire team in OVRSEA's global strategy
• Listening, empathy, and diplomacy
• Rigor, reliability, and project management skills
• Analytical skills and ease in creating and using data dashboards
• Proactivity, entrepreneurial spirit, and combativeness
