Job Description
Provide a safe and enjoyable experience for guests as an Arcade Attendant, greeting guests, answering questions, assisting with equipment, and supervising the facility to ensure all rules and regulations are followed.
Requirements
- Greet guests entering the arcade
- Process various payment types with point-of-sale systems
- Stock and maintain inventory control
- Ensure the safety of all guests and team members
- Inspect all areas and ensure they meet daily presentation and safety standards
- Ensure expedient and quality customer service
