Job Description
The Senior Estimator leads complex estimating efforts and plays a key role in developing high-quality, accurate bids and proposals for commercial construction projects.
Requirements
- 8+ years of commercial construction estimating experience required, with demonstrated success leading complex project estimates
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
- Expertise in conceptual estimating, quantity takeoffs, bid leveling, and multi-discipline cost development
- Strong knowledge of commercial construction means and methods, materials, equipment, design systems, and market conditions
- Experience working within both general contracting and construction management delivery models
