Project Manager

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of large, complex commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role oversees project budgets, schedules, contracts, design coordination, and procurement.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of commercial construction experience managing budgets, schedules, and contracts
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of construction means and methods, codes, and project documentation
• Proven ability to manage financial performance and client relationships
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
