Job Description
The General Superintendent will oversee field execution across one or more hyperscale data center projects or multi-building programs, providing senior field leadership and standardizing execution practices.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive field leadership experience in electrical construction
- Experience leading large commercial, industrial, or mission-critical projects preferred
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, installation sequencing, and construction logistics
- Ability to lead through influence, accountability, and clear communication
- Strong safety leadership background with a track record of incident prevention
