Applicant Pool for Adjunct Faculty, Clinical Instructor, Occupational Therapy Assistant

Supervises Occupational Therapy Assistant students at clinical sites and monitors progress to facilitate the assessment of student performance.

Requirements

• Working knowledge of assigned clinical practice setting including administrative safeguards, laws and procedures.
• Demonstrated OTA skills and competencies related to treatment intervention, documentation, time management, supervision, clinical reasoning, and professional development.
• Awareness of health hazards, risk taking and personal sensitivity in situations requiring integrity, decency and professional growth.
• Sound decision-making on matters of professional ethical behavior.
