Applicant Pool for Adjunct Laboratory Faculty, Nursing Skills

The part-time Nursing Skills Laboratory Faculty assist nursing students in practicing nursing skills according to course principles, maintain equipment and supplies, and evaluate student skills performance.

Requirements

• Current knowledge of nursing practice in Ohio
• Good communication and inter-personal skills
• Ability to make decisions with minimal supervision
• Ability to handle multiple projects at once
• Bachelor's degree
• Completion of an approved registered nursing education program
• At least two years of experience as a registered nurse
• A Master's degree in nursing is preferred or enrollment in a graduate program
• Current valid, unencumbered license as a registered nurse in Ohio
• Experience in skills laboratory is preferred
