Job Description
The Plant TPM Lead will drive the successful deployment of the Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) strategy, leading for safety excellence and developing and deploying TPM to motivate and empower people. They will be responsible for driving key metrics, conducting Kaizen and leading large change initiative projects, and facilitating process improvements.
