Electrical Maintenance Lead

Role Overview

Lead the Electrical Maintenance Operations for the Newark Plant, responsible for all aspects of the electrical maintenance process, safety, and employee engagement.

What You Will Do

Ensure a safe work environment, develop risk assessments, implement safety metrics, and lead a unionized hourly employees team.

Must have a passion for safety, ability to motivate people, and lead change, with experience in manufacturing, leadership, and Lean manufacturing.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years progressive leadership experience within a manufacturing environment
• Bachelor of Science in Engineering Discipline or Technology Diploma (electrical maintenance) or an equivalent combination of training and experience
• Six Sigma / Lean manufacturing experience is highly desired
