Job Description
Forklift Operator (Shipping/Receiving/Specials) responsible for transporting product, raw materials, etc. in a safe manner within the manufacturing facility.
Requirements
- Reads/interprets shipping schedules, stages doors, sorts by length, width, customer, core type to create correct stacks for shipping
- Conduct pre-shift inspection of the forklift to ensure safety and operational compliance
- Provide safe operation of forklift throughout the facility
- Pull all production wrap lines as required
- Receive items into the facility/Ships all items correct to the customer
- Must be able to work extended hours and overtime as needed
